Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

 

We strive to bring you great quality products. Every item will be quality checked for defects before it gets shipped.

 

If, however, you feel that the product is faulty or damaged in any manner, we will gladly exchange the product (if available) or provide store credit.

 

All returns and exchanges need to be submitted to us within 1 week (7 days) from the delivery date.

The item must be in the original, unused, unworn condition with the label still attached. The item must have no defects, stains, make up, pet hair or smells (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)

 

Once the item is reviewed by us and the condition assessed, your item will either be exchanged or refunded.

 

We do not accept returns or refunds on any sale items.

 

For hygienic reasons, we will not exchange, return or refund jewellery, body products, hair products or swimwear.

 

All shipping costs associated with a return or a refund will be your responsibility.

 

Wrong size: We will gladly exchange the item, if there is stock of the specific item in the correct size and only if all the above-mentioned conditions were met.
